History
LEAD was founded in 2015 to expose minority students in Central Ohio to STEM and entrepreneurship concepts. LEAD became incorporated in 2016 as a 501c3 organization and has been growing across the country ever since.
E-STEM Chapters
E-STEM stands for Empowering Students Through Education and Motivation. E-STEM is a network of STEM clubs for K-12th grade students that excites and exposes students to various fields.
