About NSBE 46
National Society of Black Engineers 46h Annual Convention (#NSBE46) will take place March 25- March 29, 2020 in San Antonio, TX at the Convention Center. The convention demonstrates NSBE commitment to lead the United States in graduating 10,000 Black engineers annually by 2025. Our members will be there from Wednesday, March 25, 2020, to Sunday, March 29, 2020(Tentative).
The Annual Convention showcases Black students and professionals who have a passion for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), who are high achievers in these fields and are channeling their dedication to advance their communities and society at large. #NSBE46 will attract more than 15,000 aspiring and practicing engineers, educators, representatives of more than 200 academic institutions, government agencies, corporations, and nonprofit organizations.
#NSBE46 will encourage members to explore the culture of San Antonio, engineer innovative solutions to industry problems, and elevate communities through strategy and collaboration. #NSBE46 offers our members a cultural experience to engage with the community like no other convention, With hopes to strengthen the bond between NSBE and the great state of Texas. Members will continue to pursue academic excellence and professional success with quality workshops curated to enliven all. The 46th Annual Convention will be a showcase of growth, wonderment, community, and sophistication.
The convention will feature high-profile speakers, panel discussions, dynamic workshops, networking sessions, community engagement events, technical and scientific competitions, hands-on engineering and science activities and the premier career fair geared toward African Americans and other minorities in STEM.
