About the Conference 

The Annual Convention showcases Black students and professionals who have a passion for science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), who are high achievers in these fields and are channeling their dedication to advance their communities and society at large. Annual Convention will attract more than 15,000 aspiring and practicing engineers, educators, representatives of more than 200 academic institutions, government agencies, corporations, and nonprofit organizations.

Why Attend

Annual Convention will encourage members to explore the culture of area, engineer innovative solutions to industry problems, and elevate communities through strategy and collaboration. Annual Convention offers our members a cultural experience to engage with the community like no other convention. Members will continue to pursue academic excellence and professional success with quality workshops curated to enliven all. The Annual Convention will be a showcase of growth, wonderment, community, and sophistication.

The convention will feature high-profile speakers, panel discussions, dynamic workshops, networking sessions, community engagement events, technical and scientific competitions, hands-on engineering and science activities and the premier career fair geared toward African Americans and other minorities in STEM.

Dates: February 28, 2024 - March 3, 2024

Requirements: Must Have a 2.5 GPA, Have at least 700/1000 Points in the Point System

Dress Code: Business Professional/Casual

Registration Fee($175): Due October 10th, 2023

Transportation Fee($110): Due January 28, 2024

Point System Fee(Varies): Due January 28, 2024
